Pat Gelsinger brings a unique perspective on integrating Christian values into leadership, innovation, and daily life.

Alongside his technical and executive leadership, Gelsinger has long integrated his Christian faith into his life and work. In 2013 he co‑founded Transforming the Bay with Christ, a coalition of business leaders, pastors, nonprofits and venture capitalists aiming to reach one million people with the Gospel in Silicon Valley and beyond. He also helped establish William Jessup University, a Christian institution in California, where he holds an honorary doctorate, and has authored books like, The Juggling Act: Balancing Your Faith, Family & Work, exploring the intersection of business leadership and spiritual values.

More recently, in March 2025 he became executive chair and head of technology at Gloo, a faith‑tech platform developing AI tools for churches and ministries, reinforcing his commitment to serving faith‑based communities through innovation.
